Returns + Exchanges

At elitewholesale, we strive to provide the best quality electronics and gadgets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly.

• The product you received is different from what you ordered.

• You received the product in broken or incomplete condition.

Conditions:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) must be provided.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

• Refunds (if approved) will be credited within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

• In case of COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account/UPI ID.

4. Replacements

• If your product is eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

• Replacement depends on product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

• If approved the replaced or exchanged products will be delivered in to 10-15 days.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us, REDORA will bear the shipping cost.

• If the return is due to personal preference (not liking the product, wrong choice, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
